This happened with Hanzawa Masato from Sasaki and miyano but I don’t think he’s gay. So it’s probably not the one you’re thinking of but that’s weird that it happened in two different mangas.

Okay so im looking for a bl manga in which the top has like i think either 2 or three younger brothers. One of the brothers comes out as gay during family dinner and the mom is like oh okay, is anyone else gay? And then the other brother says yeah im gay (they are all highschool kids or younger!) And the mom is like ah ok and asks the top if hes gay and he says no and she says Oh thats a relief (he is secretly gay)
