Purity or not we cant assume that Guwon doesn't have love for the teach, but it was rather quick how fast the teacher loved him in the first place. Guwon does say things that could mean something else, and his weird hand placements around teach could be a way showing affection too, though it is too fast to say that Guwon even loves him he definitely likes him though. He could also just be doing this so teach doesn't feel bad.

I know as a community we are all in heightened emotions right now, but consider the throwing up and the narcissism at the end to be tied with the fact that he is a zombie, maybe throwing up is his routine to regulate this body of his.
