Personally, I don't think so. Just because he does a few nice things and other semes are worse doesn't mean he's good. But, I'm only on ch 22, so maybe he gets nicer and I'm not aware of it. If not, well, he's still an interesting and engaging character despite being a total dickhead.
Man, the seme is so unnecessarily mean. I'm mainly reading this for the uke. He reminds me of Yoon Bum from Killing Stalking.
