It’s not that he sleeps with them (although he can, if he wanted to). It just means he helps guides any of the Espers in the guild instead of just one specific person.
They mention at some point in the story that it’s not typical for a guide to sleep with espers as a way to guide, so he most likely was just holding their hand/being platonic when guiding most of them.

Just wondering, so it means that the guide in second couple, sleep around with other espers? Am I following it right?
