Could be that or maybe because he was scared of Jaewon? Towards the end of Ch 31, we could see Jaewon send people to beat Yeongwoon. I think Jaewon did that to warn Yeongwoon about staying away from Seoin or maybe because he also hated Yeongwoon idk idk
