Might be a thing for the local readership, since these stories are primarily published for Korean audiences, same with manga being published for Japanese audiences, it seems like the whole "no, stop" trope being exciting or drumming up sexual tension is a very popular trope in far eastern fiction it seems. There are some stories where the sex is portrayed as enjoyable, but the bottom also says 'no' in the moment from a perspective of embarrassment as opposed to pain or discomfort, so the trope of bottoms being embarrassed to be fucked is also a thing driving the occasional denials during sex. I've seen a lot of phrases of "oh no, no I'm cumming, nooo" and similar things like that, not because they don't want to, but because it's embarrassing to be this vulnerable and letting go I guess. Western erotic literature tends not to focus on that angle of intimacy, just different tastes based on societal expectation I suppose.
Like is the constant, "Stop!" and "It hurts!" sexy to ppl or sum?? It just makes every sex scene in yaoi like this feel like rape (Well technically this is rape by coercion but whatevs)
