Actually its now been getting clearer in the last few updated chapters.

Bad summary:

MC (pink hair) is actually a system just like the black cat, not a human

ML (black hair) was his host.

Shit hit the fan and for some reason not fully revealed yet, a lot of systems decided to rebel against the master system. I forgot if they failed once already or not.

ML helped MC, MC lost his memories, ML split his soul into multiple parts.

Black cat knows both of them from the past and is actually on MCs side.
