That is why it is important not to include harems in stories. This one is an example. Harem destroys the story, the plot and the characters.

Personally I don’t think there was any harem in this story. Near the very beginning he already married Lindsay. The one “unrequited crush” didn’t really count because she lost her chance very early on as well. Soldrake was more like a protective guide for him, solely keeping him on his path and gaining her possibly first friend. His sister is out of the question.

Also he literally did not care for women other than Lindsay because she was caring and responsible, reminding him of his mom.

This is where you are wrong. Idunno if you've read the novel, but there's so much harems in this story. Lindsay was even Pendragon's wife but his heart belongs to someone else. Also, in the novel or maybe if they did not marked this as complete, the next arc is where more harems start to show that why they've dropped this because it got low rating specially in Korea

Yeah I wrote a paragraph about that earlier in the comments, but no, you’re right I haven’t read the novel, I’m talking about the manhwa, sorry about that. That does make A LOT more sense as to why it was axed though, I don’t think anyone really enjoys harem and that’s why I liked the manhwa so much, because of the lack of it unlike a lotttt of novels/manhwas with great plot but ruined by the them. Thanks for the info though, definitely, but unfortunately won’t be reading the novel.
