I've told awhile ago that I've re-read this one and I came across this one panel in chapter 2 where Yeongwoon remembered Jaewon saying "This is all your fault" something like that...
This had me thinking that despite Seo In and Jaewon's deal about them kissing in exchange for the video to not go out, Jaewon still did and maybe showed them to their parents causing a chaos which led him to blame Yeongwoon
