Hi, yes, Real Pina had to watch Fake Pina ruin her life like Remilia watched Emi. When Remilia and Angel marry, both Emi and Real Pina are born as their children.

What happened to the villain girl? The one that took over the Star Maidens body? What happened to her? Did she live her life in prison?

Yeah Fake Pina ends up losing her voice, getting disfigured, and getting shipped to the mines to work for the rest of her life (along with I think all of the people that aided her in her wrongdoings). She gets beaten up daily (and apparently sexually assaulted as well which I personally don't like) but is functionally immortal thanks to Remilia.
Remilia also sends Fake Pina dreams where she really does end up being loved, with Emi as her friend and Angel as her lover, but she'll always wake up right when it gets good. It's revealed later on that the dreams are what Emi envisioned their lives to be, but well, we know that never ends up happening.
Oh damn! Also disfigured??? Ok I get she did wrong but to go that far? Oh… that seems excessive. Girl has no mercy on her huh? Damn
Wait so do the guys who were under her love spell also end up in the mines? Or do they have a redemption arc or do they just go into obscurity?

Nah the capture targets don't get banished or redeemed. The spoilers don't really get into that much detail but they ARE very miserable by the end.
ALSO I NEED TO CLARIFY SMTH. Ok apparently looking into it more, Fake Pina's punishment was her getting her vocal chords fried or smth so she can never speak ill of and manipulate anyone again. The disfigurement came in the mines when one of the people she apparently took advantage of recognized her. The dream Remilia sent was not Emi and Fake Pina being friends but instead Fake Pina getting a cushy life if she hadn't decided to condemn Emi (where she gets to be the crown prince's lover while Emi does all of the work). Dream would end with Fake Pina hearing that Angel was coming.

Okay... what happened to the real star maiden? aka Pina, Since we already know, the real Remilia was basically watching Emi's actions while still insider her body, Do y'all think the Real Pina is well probably screaming and hating the person who took her body and does stuff with it. I hope that she end up having a happy ending. she was a kind girl and that BITCH just decided to be a DUMBASS.
