So the thing is, chronically ill/disabled people don’t have much (if any) control over their own bodies or lives, especially when they’re young. I think part of his reason for tormenting Seo-in has to do with having complete control over SOMETHING in his life for once. The other part could be that when Seo-in was adopted, he felt like he was being replaced for being “defective”. Of course, I’m not excusing any of Jaewon’s actions, I just like analyzing characters.
