Theory#1 I'm thinking that king Yama sent seon in there intentionally to make it harder for mr reaper to leave, we know mr reaper had been having conflicting feelings about seon & their inevitable departure, so this dream like state is giving him what he wants, eternity with him where he's not a reaper and seon isn't dead. Theory#2 Me Reaper knows what's happening but I'd playing dumb to try and keep Seon safe bc he knows King Yama is playing dirty and this situation is about to get more dangerous.
