‘Prince’ and ‘Princess’ are titles that every legitimate child of every Ducal House gets. Like Kiolle, he *would* be considered the 4th Prince of the Diacas, because he's the 4th child. The second Prince of the Apetos isn't the same person as the 2nd Prince of the Diacas, Herens, or Tains. It's a different person, and it's different from being the Crown Prince.

This is because the first dukes were the children of the first emperor and empress. Kishiar and Keilusa are descended directly from the the first prince (who became the second emperor) while the diarcas are descended from the first princess (that became the first duke/duchess regnant of diarca). This is the same for the van tains, Shand apetos, and el hernes. But imperial prince is different from a prince of a duchy.
