I think the reason why I kinda liked this is because the uke is strong and continues to reject the seme, a lot of other BLs with the same plot usually write the uke as very pathetic, meek and has no backbone/fight or forgives easily without holding the semes accountable. The seme in this one kinda just needs to die, I feel bad for him in a weird way like he's really messed up and doesn't know how to behave.
