I don't think it will affect her. Remember when Mirai used her powers on Nene? It didn’t work because Nene doesn’t have a future—she only has a year left. The hourglass power causes misfortune in the future, but Nene’s future is already set.

But could some sort of time loop or shenanigans happened, probably because of this hourglass? Somewhere, sometime, she paid her present for another chance, and would probably do it again.
