I checked a little and its not too far into the chapter so i didnt get spoiled a whole lot, but basically bihwan can "phase" his limbs into minchan (think back from chapter 2-3 where bihwan fused their souls together). He phased his hand partially into minchan's abdomen while they fucked (i didnt really know if its to grip minchan or to carress him cuz I cant understand korean)
Considering hes not human i am not suprised hes going to do freaky stuff
