Am I getting it right???

Okay so here's what I understand it seems like Huimin and Iheo's original world is the Omegaverse hence the first timeline. The normal world with no omegaverse is the second timeline more like alternative world/ escapism that Huimin created while being stuck in the hospital after miscarriage(first timeline). The problem with this normal world is that it doesn't really have a flow thus the explanation to why that world stopped and Iheo is the only one that's aware. Third timeline which is happening now they are aware of the "past" that happened or should I say "future that's gonna happen?... The difference is that Huimin solely believe that he is the 21 yr old Huimin from the normal when he is not! He is Huimin from omegaverse(first timeline) and Iheo from omegaverse and normal world is the same. This third timeline it seems like Huimin is dealing with some real trauma that's why he thinks he's not the real Huimin. My head hurts and I really want to understand what's going on...
