I did not read it completely, I just read spoilers, so what I tell you might not be accurate, but bro goes and sleeps with her sister again (forced or some shit), but yeah he does it after getting engaged to Ari. Pretty messed up shit, cause apparently Cesare and Ari had a kiss and readers were blaming her for that (why wouldn't they anyway?).
