Reincarnation is a stretch for this one amnezia struck an assassin who was raised in a concentration camp is more likely. Especially with that black hair red eye noble? Person recognising her and saying "you survived that place" or something like that.
But how could we explain why FL has memory of the ML and he doesnt? So maybe like they were all involved in an accident, but forgot different times of their lives?

My theory is the fl got reincarnated (bcs of her memories) and this life she want to save the duke bcs how tf she didn't die when she drink the poison ?! some reincarnation stories is like that, they didn't die bcs they're already immune or already died in their past life so drinking poison doesn't affect her anymore (just my theory) and the black haired dude ? she doesn't remember him ?!
