that boy has survived on spite and vengeance alone I wouldn’t put it past him to escape on a broken foot but my guess is he’s probably going to get help from either Chang Moon-Won if he’s still alive by then somehow since he got carried off to a dungeon now or by Dam-yi the guy who was tasked to watch over Yeonjo (the one that was poisoned on accident) I can’t remember what happened to him forgot if he’s still alive or not but that’s all I can think of (￣∇￣")
