From the spoilers I read Elijah is now possessed by Nico and Nico hates grey(Arthur) cuz of something about their past(might be about grey killing Cecilia?? I don't remember that part honestly) And yes Nico does know it's arthur and arthur will know it's Nico, not sure when tho but yea
He isn't possessed per say it's because he got reincarnated into Elijah's body. And agrona erased his memories or suppressed them until Darneev brought him back to alacrya where agrona gave him those memories back.
