pretty sure it was a dream bc he would've felt sore and sht after he woke up if otherwise

he didn't even wonder if it was real not therefore he didn't feel any after effects

I was also wonderinh whether it's real or dream by the state of wooju's mind right now from the medication side effect. He could feel sore if it was real, but he cant even feel the pain from scratched wounds on his neck, so idk what to say from those situations
