If you just completely scrape the conversation Seijinhad with Satoi after the "I want to see what I shouldn't do" and then it didn't result in Seiji immediately locking Masachika up against his will, this would be 10x better. Other than that, things were pretty good. I understand the bottom line of that chapter was that Seiji also had needs as an S, and as long as Masachika trusted him he'd enjoy it too... but that was an awful way of going about it. It was such a confusing conversation too. But who genuinely listens to advice from your current lover's ex?? Especially an ex you know has traumatized them
