Alternatively, m-twink might cheat on uke, uke finds out and realizes what he's really like, and accuses seme of making a fool out of him. I imagine either of these scenarios might just happen after uke is already accepting seme, and seme's feelings are already deepening.

I bet masochist twink is gonna find someone else real soon and break things off with uke, so seme won't have anything to hold over his head and then things are gonna get interesting!
