"Delusion" points to how the characters fool themselves or each other:
Seonhwa seduces Nanjo but feels no real passion for him — he’s just using him.
Nanjo pretends to go along with Seonhwa but deep down wants to break free.
Mokyeon initially sees it all as just meaningless fun, but then realizes he wants something real from Nanjo, even though it began with lies.
So the whole story is about the characters standing on that "boundary" pretending, lying, or convincing themselves about what they want, while secretly yearning for something genuine.
Which leaves us, the reader wondering... will they fall into intimacy or stay trapped in their delusions.
Now i know why it's titled "The Boundary of Delusion".
