Deputy Director Rolfe is such a dumbass. Jake already knew someone sabotaged communications during meet up with Calvin Skylars, the bikers, and Ross, which left Jake with no backup. As soon as Jake mentioned Senator Connors, the next words out of Rolfe's mouth was, "You're out of the operation." Of course he figured out she's crooked!
