Istg im so confused if it happened or it was just a dream?? Usually it’s clearer but in this case it seems the author deliberately didn’t show us if it was real or not rn (usually they’d be like this is real right away to the viewers and just let Mc believe it was a dream) so I’m guessing it was just a dream

Okay so I think it's a dream probably cus wooju was affected by the alpha pheromones (the drugs are transitioning him into omega) and he saw him shirtless (our subconscious can just put that into our dreams) and he also didn't feel pain in his ass when he woke up. Because if the guy actually raped him in his sleep I would actually crash out and never read ts again.
