Help me find that BL

This is going to be a pretty hard one since I don't remember much about it but here we go...The bl is set in an esper-verce setting, the mc is an EXTREMELY powerful mental esper who was capable of even deleting someone from everyone's memories within the early chapters, I don't remember much about the ml but I do remember that they first met in a lab when they were kids. Additionally, I think the ml(top) is a guide, though that could just be me misremembering it. Later on in the story the mc is recruited by a pseudo-terrorist esper group that wants to expose the horrible experiments that they had to go through as kids.
