My thoughts exactly.....it was so well written in the novel. Here it feels too rushed. Gotta wait for a clarification regarding the last few panels....I don't think they will change it that grossly

Damn this Novel must be something. I have to find and read it after all this or possibly sooner.
The manhwa is really failing to capture the complexities of the novel, especially the loneliness and despair that Chi-young feels when he arrives at his sister’s birthday party and realizes that he doesn’t have a pack anymore. It’s devastating to read. And, idk what’s going on at the very end of chapter 39. That’s not in the novel. I hope it’s a nightmare because why would they replace such a cute and wholesome scene with that?
