Calling it psuedo-incest incest isn't wrong cause psuedo means "not real" it's just an undertone of the story since they're supposed to prretend to be siblings and most of the public think they are.
It's quite literally why the grandma wanted to make sure MC didn't have feelings for him cause things would look bad if they were caught being in a relationship while in this charade
