You’ll get what I mean when a side character shows up during the MC and ML’s senior year of high school.

    Also, the story portrays these dynamics in a raw and unfiltered way. That’s why it might feel a bit over-the-top, but in South Korea, this context makes more sense. Plus, it’s clear that the MC’s perspective dramatizes things even further. You’ll notice this shift in his thoughts when he gets to college.
