did spilled blood say it was age regression? i reread it and it dosent seem to be a mental health thing and they weren’t implying any mental illnesses. like he’s asking the seme to stop babying him and not tuck him in at night cause he’s 20 years old. i don’t even think it was addressed, the entire family just babies him and he goes along with it.
also with this story, its more of how the author is pushing those yaoi stereotypes of the “super mocho buff seme and weak tiny uke” but it just felt like they were infantilizing a 21 year old man. like the whole “baby is gonna pee. baby is hungry” thing, the wailing like a child, when he’s hitting the ml and it’s so light cause he’s “oh so tiny”, his naivety, the author will make their ukes out of highschool and then make them act like they’re 12
