All his kids have the same mother. He’s just neglectful especially after she “died”. All the kids had to fend for themselves which was pretty hard for Calypso since she was a baby.

I'm still catching up on the official uploads, so forgive me if this is a dumb question.
But do each of the kids (the FL and her siblings) have different mothers? And if they do, has no one taught her dad to wrap it up???!!
Having all these children and then acting shocked when they appear in front of you?!!

I'm holding back judgement for the negligent father-care, as I'm sure there's some plot point or 'reason',
