Empathy and understanding feelings isn’t necessarily innate. It's usually coming from societal expectations. Women are expected to be gentle, more understanding, put others first etc. They grow up in such environment since childhood but ultimately it's not something they're born with. Men could have more empathy if they were raised the same way.

i learned that women have stronger emphaty and understand their emotions well at a young age, and also we rarely see a female unchiha using sharingan so i'm not put off with this at all! you go girl!!
