He like that dog cuz it was cute and tiny and was hurt that he was allergic and to top it all off the dog turned totally different when it returned. He basically got his heart broken and got traumatized by the allergy stuff.
I still find it weird and confusing.
Think of it like you had a childhood friend and you can't be with them due to circumstances and years later they become different and don't recognise you at all. Won't you be sad ? And scared to make friends again ?
I do get it that way, but the way this was presented didn’t seem like that. Especially with other dog at the vet? He looked scared, not sad or so. It seemed like he was traumatized cause dog got aggressive with him, Theodore he has a „fear” of dogs now, however he only did cause he thought MC was threatening his owner. We can see later on that the dog does actually like him and acts nice to him. Idk, honestly the way this was written and this whole trope is just not very good. Doesn’t really make sense to me

Yeah, me neither. Raws are completed and when he met the dog again no fear whatsoever and dog was nice to him too. As I’ve said, it probably only got aggressive cause it fault he was threatening his owner. It’s w REALLY weird plot point ngl
Im confused. So, he wasn’t bitten right? Is he trauma cause the dog he liked was aggressive to him or what is it exactly? I don’t think I understood that backstory well
