I don’t think so. After he turns it into a bullet it has to be loaded before he can fire which couldn’t happen with the heart or brain. However, you are probably on the right track. I’m guessing an organ that will guarantee death, but take at least a few seconds so the gun can be loaded and fired before he dies. My guess would the lungs
