He's not exactly the main villain but yes he is not sane. He wanted the moondae dead for a reason :)

I don't know about good because he's definitely unhinged but he's totally not a bad guy. him and moondae kind of shares the same personality.

Well, not quite. He does help moondae albeit also fuck him up sometimes. But, for mast part, ig he's not that bad after chapter 200(?)
