There is a reason, she has quite the loaded backstory and childhood (way too complicated to get into it) but its all connected to say the least.
Damn he’s actually so hot idk why but I kinda feel bad for ML feeling like he didn’t know MC too well since she hid it from him. But honestly I’m also kind of confused on that, like what did she even hide exactly? I kinda figured she BECAME like that after finding out she’d been deceived
