Real bro i stutter to so i was shocked to find an mc with the same problem just to find everyone hating on him for crying a lot. Bro I used to cry a lot too because children are cruel to those who are different and my self of confidence was shattered I was mute for a good 5 years, whenever someone who even mention my voice I'd break down because I was so scared so I totally understand the mc
I think some people forget that even behind a fictional mc- there’s a human experience/ connection. Even tho I don’t have a stutter and can’t relate, I believe the mc was shown vulnerable to show how different people- take situations differently, like yourself. I respect you for sharing this, I know some people don’t like sharing things due to feeling embarrassed/ scared, but I hope you’re doing better!!
i have selective mutism & a bit of an anxiety stutter and like. it's so frustrating when people think i'm just not focusing enough or i'm not trying hard enough :/
