The "ngh" is probably a mistranslation/wrong localization. As someone who stutters when you get stuck you often drag the sound of the word so its no suorise someone who doesnt know that would get ut wrong, for example when I wanna say "let's go" and i get stuck it usually sounds like I'm elongation the "l" or vibrating of the "g" sound. Not sure how it may be for the mc since he speaks Japanese and every stutter is different
