He tried to rape Mashiro, and fucked over a lot of his brother's life trying to have Mashiro be emotionally dependent on him only. While Mashiro should have stopped his boyfriend-slash-fuckbuddy from getting into contact with Akihito, Akihito himself is not exactly ~undeserving~ of any hate in the comments.
