Good read

It's an interesting plot.

There's so much mystery here about the mc, and i love that part and it is what keeps me glued to my phone because i really want to find out the exact detail. And the ML, love the guy. He's a green flag compared to all other psycho's i know. He have valid reaction with his phobia and trauma, because it would be really hard for him as a CHILD to experience such thing first hand. And it's a harsh reality that traumatic experiences during childhood scar you for life.

ML clearly knows he likes mc and is actually openly communicating that. The reason he gags is the fact that mentally he can think clearly and feel that he likes mc but his body reacts negatively towards male guides because of his trauma(not specifically because of MC but the general term of MALE GUIDES).And when they did it in the car, note that he said that he's trying to get used to it...the ML is clearly doing his best to overcome his trauma because he likes MC and wants to do more with him. Unfortunately the trauma he has is still embedded and remembered by his body instinctively rejecting triggering stuff and situations similar to it. And those fluff and effort of his made me really like him. And I don't blame the MC for not seeing that because it does feel shitty to be wanted by the said hero that you really like, then get treated so nicely the next second. This is a trauma for him too that he needs to overcome along the way, and I'm all here to witness their story...so good, one of my favorites already.

(I tried to explain some bits, because i also wanted to share that having a trauma affects your relationship with people despite wanting to have an amicable or peaceful connection with them. But when trauma comes in play, it messes up a lot of things out of one's control if it is not taken care of.)

OK I read your comment and I have some questions why didn't the ml told the mc that he likes him and explained his situation to him ??
Yes I understand he had trauma and I've nothing against it but he treated the mc like shit in the first few chapters what about that ?? He drags the mc whenever he wants doesn't respect his wishes and just pushes him to do whatever he wants yes I'm happy to hear that he likes the mc and trying to get rid of his trauma but what he did to the mc at past was bad I mean he literally blamed mc for something the mc didn't even do

Same thoughts! ML's trauma is valid and we can understand that, but the way he treats MC is nooooott itttt

He literally almost unalived MC just because of his own assumptions and blamed MC for it. The way he blamed MC for his traumatic reaction and making MC feeling shitty for it is fucked up. If he wanted to work on his aversion towards male guides, I'm sure there's better way of doing aversion therapy with someone you care without making them feel shitty all the time. He could've just told MC but nooo the writer just have to force this kind of misunderstanding to build up the angst lol.

Woah it's been so long...and I don't know if anyone will be able to find this comment hahaha

    -general answer-

You see....i do understand you have a lot of questions..it just means that the story is interesting enough..and i do agree with your questions...it did come across to me too as i have read it.

But you also said it yourself, the genral answer for it all, "it is how the author wants to write it".....wether they force it or not it's their work, we can't change that, it's already published. We have no choice but to accept that most of the times no matter how queationable and twisted a literature is written, it cannot be changed....... it's only a matter of fact wether the reader wants to continue to read it or not base on the already published story.

    -comment explanation-

I would like to clarify my initial comment....i only validated the action of the ML in a way that i see the clear connection of it to his trauma ....for me it is well written because of the subtle hints without explanation...i do not commend his actions to be right and just (on how he treated the mc from past to present)..just because i praised how the dots connects to each other...

When i also said that the ML is openly communicating how he likes mc, is true in my perspective, i get his actions and i see it, but i have said in my initial comment MC also have his own fair share of truama making him unable to fully understand or give time to consider the true meaning of ML words...the only thing i wanted to point out is how ML communicates his feelings in the moment but never the depth of it and his trauma.(Which still makes him problematic)

What i wanted to convey and praise in the comment is the well articulation (in my standard) of a humane trauma response....and I'd also like to add.... fictional stories should only be taken with a grain of salt depending on one's own preference......

    -note-

Yes, yes...you are right there are so many other ways...BETTER ways in fact for the ML to treat the MC with better treatment and communication.......but you see even in reality such solution despite being apparent is not well used or often used, more so when applied to a story..... Not all story will depict the perfect people, with perfect mindset, with wise judgement, good morals and good personality.....take note that people in the situation itself are often blind sighted on what right actions to take....for the characters they have their own perspective...for us readers we can have such opinions because we know each side and we can compare freely who's right and wrong..... character don't have that...so how can you expect them to take the obvious answer?....and well, it wouldn't be that interesting if everything in it is perfect, good and issues easily solved.....for me i like to see different stories with different interpretation and unique characters with each of their own twisted side..and that's what i really like about it .. it's interesting and really new for me......

If anyone took time to read this, thank you and sorry....but it was a fun discussion i missed for far too long...i hope we all can amicably read the story, appreciating the effort and time taken to make it....no matter how good or bad a story is or the characters in it, we all should still be considerate to the people who worked hard behind the scenes... let's not unnecessarily hate the author....we can give criticism without hating or hurting them.

    Anyway this is fun.ヾ(❀╹◡╹)ノ~
