hmmm i think the leaf guy was the one he married-- the one who killed him in the first chapter and not the dr... just a guess tho! (also i just found out that this is not from a novel so we're gonna have to wait to see the story unravel blindly )

PS. pls recommend similar plots like this its so intriguing!
