Though we had some little hints before , biggest first reveal about their relationship happened in ch 257. Since it is comedy manga of course their plot also have gags but they actually have proper plot development, very slow-burn tho. We still don't know if it is going to be romance or bromance but both of them admitted they were each other's first love -they thought other one was girl- , demon king bothered and stressed by it a lot. Both because his first love was a man and because he was his enemy. But hero wasn't bothered by the fact that his first love was a boy, when he learned.
Thank you for the spoiler—ik it’s comedy so it wasn’t like I was expecting massive development but I’m glad it’s not just some throwaway gag one time and forget completely such sometime jokes like “omg haha gay” kinda throws me off lol.

I don't remember which chapters it happened in. The first Demon King found out, it's been a while since he found out. The hero just found out, it could be in the last 10-20 chapters.
