Some people just don't say it often but u can tell they do, actions speak louder than words yk. Obviously say it enough for the person to actually know but like ig he just couldn't find the right time to say it.

I was trying to figure out why I felt irked about the ML thinking he doesn’t need to actually say his feelings out loud. My ex was verbally abusive and said the exact same thing that he doesn’t need to say he likes me and that I should just know how he feels ;-; Not saying that this is the same situation at all. I just hate MLs who feel reluctant to verbally say their feelings out loud.
