I could be wrong but i don’t think he was throwing up because of the kiss, could be that he is not fully human and can’t digest food and drinks for example idk.. just a theory

Does he have a split personality? Like uhm... In the previous chapter after they kiss he threw up. Then now he's the one kissing teach and asking how to do sex? I'm so confused. Or just he really have a split personality?
