He just decided to make the best out of a fucked up situation he can't change anyway, no matter what he tries. It's pretty accurate to how most people would act to protect themselves if they aren't suicidal.
Doesn't make it ok for Zigryl to act like he does, but else do we expect from a sociopath like him who's used to having complete power/control over everything and everyone around him?
Took Kay less than a day to forgive zigril and just decide to cope with the fact his base anatomy was changed against his will and now he has to undergoe one of the scariest things a woman does lol
