All i remember is that its a short story.
All the students in the class have some sort of powers, uke is fire while seme is water. ( I think thats their role?)
Water dude have trouble controlling his power as a kid and fire dude (at that time, is very confident) help water dude control his power.
Fast forward to highschool. Both are part of some student council/disciplinary member of their school?
