Exactly! I was also thinking the same, been wracking my brain over this for the past few days.
I guess they didn’t translate that part correctly…which is fine I’m so grateful for the translation but for readers who haven’t read the novel is a bit confusing.

I've read the novel long time ago so I'm not so sure
But I think she said ' a husband I no longer love ' not a husband who no longer loves her?
I do remember that part because I was so happy she said that to him and he kept reading it over and over again
