No, I was too,lol, basically they accused Shuri and Jeremy of having an incestuous relationship (therefore having a holy trial), which if they lose, it would not only tarnish her reputation & the house's reputation but also cause them to suffer the consequences by the church.
Consequences that I assume could include forced removal of her as head or Jeremy as head (did he become the head yet?) and I’m assuming maybe even territory loss
Jeremy is not the head yet, but in chapters, we see he has started to take his role more seriously and is fulfilling his future role, helping Shuri more with household duties. We even sense that he is becoming like his father/fulfilling the same role.
Can someone tell me what’s going on? What is the church trying to do to our beloved Shuri? Maybe Im just dumb but I couldnt comprehend these 2 chapters
